Porsche Carrera 997 3.8 2s, 2006 model
We recently worked on a Porsche that came into the garage after its owner was concerned about a knocking noise coming from the engine. (We’ll post you some pictures on this soon).
We removed the engine and stripped the cylinder heads to replace the worn cylinder liners that had caused the problems. We also replaced the pistons as required and re-assembled with new seals and gaskets. Then refit the engine.
